Joe McCrumb, Founder of J.P. McCrumb Wood Shavings, Inc., has first hand knowledge of many aspects of the animal industry. Growing up Joe accompanied his father, a veterinarian, on many farm calls. For five years Joe trimmed cow hooves, where he saw the workings of many dairy farms. As a horse owner Joe knows the importance of absorbent, dust free wood shavings for the maintenance of a healthy horse and clean, odor free barn. Joe has also worked with many feed stores to increase their bagged shavings sales.
