- We recently switched from bagged woodshavings
to McCrumb pelleted pine bedding. Since switching to pelleted
pine bedding we only have 2 wheelbarrow loads of waste when
cleaning 8 stalls versus the 6-7 loads of waste when we
bedded with shavings. The pellets are much easier to work
with and pick through. We used to use 150 bags of shavings
a month, we only need 75 bags of pelleted pine a month.
Pelleted pine has saved us money, time and waste.
