It has been a year now since McCrumb Woodshavings took our business in from the cold. We had been without shavings for our customers for the entire month of January 2001 and our bottom line was showing it. Our current suppliers hands were tied and they could not give us any indication when we would have shavings again. We began contacting other suppliers and their responses ranged from call back in the spring to outright laughter.
